What we collect

If you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, organization if you include it, and your message. If you join our updates list, we receive your email address. If you make a gift online, we receive your name, email address, the amount and date of your gift, whether it is one-time or monthly, and limited payment details (such as card type and last four digits, or bank name). We never receive or store full card or bank account numbers.

How we use it

To reply to you; if you subscribed, to send occasional updates about Waypoint Gatherings; and if you give, to process your gift, send your receipt and acknowledgment, and keep the records nonprofit organizations are required to keep. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Formspree. Our website is served by Cloudflare. Online gifts are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our website. Monthly donors can update or cancel their gift through a secure Stripe-hosted page. Each of these providers publishes its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe’s payment pages, which are separate from this site, use cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.

Leaving the list, or asking us anything

Every update email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us at any time to correct or delete what we hold about you, except records we are required by law to keep. Reach us through the contact page or at giving@waypointgatherings.org.
